College of Education Open House

During the first semester of my junior year, I volunteered at the College of Education Open House at the Elementary Education table. During the event, I got to meet many students looking to apply to NC State as well as their parents. I enjoyed sharing my experiences as an elementary ed major at NC State and offering advice I have as a college student. After working this table, I stopped by the Park Scholarships information table for an hour to share about this opportunity and help students looking to apply. I enjoy giving back to my university by volunteering at information tables like this because NC State has done so much for me and I love telling others about it so that they can be blessed in the same way.
