Passport to Success Graduation

On April 26th, 2022 (Junior year) I graduated from the CED Passport to Success program at the Gold level having completed all 12 of the required experiences. I have loved being a part of Passport to Success as well as serving on the students advisory board for the program. Looking back, I can see how much growth happened in my life because of the opportunities provided to me through these experiences, and I know that I am a better person and teacher because of it. Through this program I learned how to be a well-rounded teacher that is devoted to making new goals and seeking new learning opportunities. This learning is important for me to share with my students so that I can encourage them to step out of their comfort zone and discover things they are passionate about. The more passionate and excited about education they are, the better they will be able to develop skills and knowledge they can use to leave an impact on the world.

The following video is the presentation I made to highlight all 12 of the experiences I had through the Passport to Success program and what my main learning were from these experiences. This link will take you to the article written about the Passport to Success Culminating Ceremony in the College of Education News.
